If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of this Website.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions:

  • “KEION”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to KEION, whose registered office is located at 1 Scotts Road, #24-10, Singapore 228208.
  • “Customer”, “Buyer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person accessing this Website or purchasing products from KEION.

2. Website Use

The content available on this Website is provided for general information and purchasing purposes only.

KEION reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or remove any content, product listing, pricing, promotion or service on this Website at any time without prior notice.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on this Website, KEION does not warrant or guarantee that any information, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images or other content are complete, accurate, current or error-free.

Your use of any information contained on this Website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products purchased are suitable for your intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEION shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors appearing on this Website.

Unauthorised use may result in civil proceedings and/or criminal prosecution.

This Website may contain links to third-party websites solely for your convenience.

Such links do not imply any endorsement, approval or recommendation by KEION.

KEION accepts no responsibility or liability for the content, products, services, privacy practices or availability of any third-party websites.

Access to such websites is entirely at your own risk.


5. Right to Refuse, Amend or Cancel Orders

KEION reserves the absolute and unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, amend, suspend or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, with or without prior notice.

This right applies regardless of whether payment has been received.

Reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Pricing errors;
  • Technical or system errors;
  • Human data entry errors;
  • Inventory shortages or stock discrepancies;
  • Product discontinuation;
  • Significant fluctuations in collectible market prices;
  • Incorrect product descriptions;
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
  • Suspicious payment activity;
  • Abuse of promotions, vouchers or goodwill compensation;
  • Failure to complete payment within thirty (30) calendar days;
  • Any circumstance where fulfilment would adversely affect KEION’s business interests.

Where appropriate, KEION may offer the Customer the opportunity to proceed at a revised price or under revised terms.

Should the Customer decline, KEION may cancel the order and refund the amount actually received.

KEION shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellation.


6. Order Acceptance and Formation of Contract

An order placed through this Website constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase products from KEION.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by KEION.

A legally binding contract is formed only when all of the following conditions have been satisfied:

  1. The Customer submits an order.
  2. Full payment has been received and successfully verified by KEION.
  3. KEION dispatches the order and issues a shipping confirmation.

Until all three conditions have occurred, KEION reserves the right to refuse, amend or cancel the order.

Orders become binding only upon dispatch.


7. Payment

Full payment must be received within thirty (30) calendar days from the order date.

Orders remaining unpaid after this period may be cancelled automatically without further notice.

KEION reserves the right to reject or cancel any payment suspected to involve:

  • Fraud;
  • Unauthorised use;
  • Identity theft;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Payment disputes;
  • Money laundering;
  • Any suspicious or unlawful activity.

For PayPal transactions, KEION may conduct additional verification checks. Orders suspected of unauthorised use may be cancelled and refunded to the original PayPal account.


8. Pricing

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

KEION reserves the right to correct any pricing error arising from:

  • Human error;
  • Technical malfunction;
  • System failure;
  • Supplier error;
  • Incorrect product listing.

As collectible products are subject to substantial market fluctuations, KEION reserves the right to revise prices before dispatch.

Should a pricing revision be necessary, KEION may:

  • Offer the Customer the revised price; or
  • Cancel the order and refund any payment received.

9. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise required under applicable Singapore law, all sales are final.

KEION does not accept:

  • Change of mind returns;
  • Buyer’s remorse;
  • Order cancellations after payment;
  • Refund requests due to market price fluctuations;
  • Exchanges based on grading expectations;
  • Returns due to manufacturer packaging differences;
  • Returns for minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with industry standards.

Returns or replacements will only be considered where:

  • KEION supplied the wrong product; or
  • The product is confirmed by KEION to be defective upon receipt.

10. Coupons, Vouchers and Promotional Credits

All coupons, vouchers, promotional credits, goodwill credits and discount codes remain the exclusive property of KEION.

KEION reserves the absolute right to issue, refuse, suspend, amend or revoke any promotional benefit at its sole discretion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all promotional benefits:

  • Are valid only for products currently in stock;
  • Cannot be used for pre-orders;
  • Cannot be used for customer-requested sourcing;
  • Cannot be used for special orders;
  • Have no cash value;
  • Are non-transferable;
  • Are non-refundable;
  • Cannot be exchanged for store credit;
  • Expire one (1) year from the date of issue;
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, goodwill credit or discount;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.

KEION reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not comply with these Terms.

Abuse or attempted abuse of promotional programmes may result in:

  • Cancellation of vouchers;
  • Cancellation of pending orders;
  • Suspension of future promotional eligibility;
  • Refusal of future transactions.

11. Product Information

Product descriptions, photographs, scans and specifications are provided for reference purposes only.

Actual products may vary due to:

  • Lighting conditions;
  • Manufacturer packaging updates;
  • Printing variations;
  • Display settings;
  • Production tolerances;
  • Natural variations associated with collectible products.

Unless expressly stated, product images are illustrative only.


12. Shipping

Orders received before 3:00 PM Singapore Time on business days are generally dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping is available within Singapore only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

KEION currently uses Registered Tracked Shipping for local deliveries.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Customer;
  • Delivery times become estimates only;
  • KEION is not responsible for delays, theft, loss or damage occurring during transit.

Where a parcel is lost, KEION will reasonably assist in submitting a claim to Courier.

Any reimbursement shall be limited to the compensation approved by Courier service, which is currently capped at S$150 under  parcel insurance policy.

KEION shall not be liable for any loss exceeding the compensation paid by courier service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of business opportunities;
  • Loss of collectible value;
  • Market depreciation;
  • Loss of anticipated savings;
  • Emotional distress;
  • Consequential financial losses.

KEION’s total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the Customer for the relevant product.

14. Right to Refuse Future Transactions

KEION reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, reject orders, suspend customer accounts or prohibit future purchases from any Customer who:

  • Commits or attempts fraud;
  • Makes unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks;
  • Abuses refund policies;
  • Abuses coupons, vouchers or goodwill compensation;
  • Harasses or threatens KEION personnel;
  • Provides false information;
  • Engages in conduct that KEION reasonably considers abusive, dishonest or detrimental to its business.

Such decisions shall be final.

15. Amendments

KEION reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The version published on this Website at the time an order is placed shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Website or any transaction with KEION shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
